Main Roles of the Secretariat
The secretariat of the Fukuoka Japan-Australia Society mainly performs the following tasks
- Planning, preparation and support for each event
- Assist with the homestay program and hosting of visiting delegations.
- Providing information to members
- Responding to inquiries.
Additionally, the office also strives to promote the association's activities to the local community.

What ’s the office like?

The office serves multiple purposes, functioning as a classroom for English conversation lessons and as a meeting room for the steering committee, among other uses.
We moved to our current office in July 2023.

The walls are decorated with Australian posters, signed NSW Waratahs uniform, and Aboriginal arts.
